She's been amazing and really helped me get my strength and movement back enabling me to continue with my sports. ::Hands down the best physio I have been to. Josephine is extremely knowledgable and thorough. The support between sessions is also impressive and she takes everything into account. Even offered to call my PT to tailor some of his approach accordingly and supported me wanting to stay active. My neck and shoulder pain was massively reduced in just 1 session and gone in 3. I’ve also taken away some key knowledge to help keep me active and avoid things happening again. Thank you so much! I have no issue referring you guys. Amazing!
