  I just rang for a simple query and spoke to an amazingly helpful and knowledgable man. He could quite easily have convinced me to spend money instead of the solution he suggested. Instead, he was honest. Based on my experience of speaking to him i will definately be supporting his independant business in the future.

  Absolutely brilliant little shop. I had an old film camera which needed repairing and they were able to repair it for me within a couple of hours! The man behind the counter (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was so helpful and just a lovely person to talk to. I'm a complete beginner especially when it comes to film, but he was so insightful and talked me through every aspect I needed. I shall definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to anyone who needs photography help or cameras in Norwich. Thank you once again for all your help.

  Really friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable too. Cheap prices on loads of second hand cameras (I picked up an Olympus Trip, in great condition with a case and strap, for £15 and I'm very happy with it). It's a bit further out from the city centre, but it's definitely worth a look. I'd be more than happy to spend my money here again!
