::I gave this place 4 stars to start but within a short while definitely up to 5 stars with extra classes added. I don't really want to call it a gym because to me a gym is running machine etc and this is not the case. There is lots of different things to do... hiit, stretching.... sounds easy but don't be fouled .....but book me in for another session its brilliant. Assult bikes, Strength, 1 to 1, group, primal ....something for everyone. Doesn't matter size,shape, or fitness level Roger and co can help. Plenty of parking. Cloakroom area. Waiting/comfy area.
