  After 3 refits of unsatisfactory carpet due to manufacturing fault, and six months later, I am still waiting for a satisfactory completion of my order. I think the Manager thinks if he keeps his head down I will go away!! Very disappointed, although they have replaced three times, how long do I have to wait for a carpet that is right? I chose this company as they are independent and not part of a large chain. Obviously, I made the wrong choice
