  Rude, patronising receptionist. CLEARLY it was you disgruntled about having to come in on YOUR day off! Lady you should not be customer facing.

  Just horrible reception team. Rude and not trying to help at all.Pregnant women with dental pain for 24 hours can not get an emergency appointment.

  Dentists seem to come and go here. Just as I got to know a couple of really professional younger dentists boom they're gone. The receptionists are very rude and everything seems to be too much trouble. Doors keep banging really loudly and the whole practice seems grubby. Never ever again

  I needed an emergency dental appt as I was in pain. One of the receptionists was exceptionally rude and told me that I had been taken off the register as I hadn't been for a while. I asked politely what I could do. She basically was very unhelpful. The other receptionist didn't know where to put herself. I wonder what she were to do if someone spoke to her like that. A very upset un-patient.

  o dear, am looking to move to another dentist immediately. seeing a different dentist everytime i go, as even the dentists won't stay here. also, unhappy with most of the treatment i've recieved.
