  Off the main road. Hence it’s less crowded than other department stores. More likely to find stuff in stock here if it’s out of stock elsewhere.

  This is a lovely store though very quiet during the week. I find the staff in the accessories hall to be very friendly but the staff on the 1st floor clothing to be very snooty. I've been totally ignored on many an occasion. There is a maid in the ladies toilet. The young trends dept on the top floor has some great brands. You will find some exclusive skincare brands on the first floor and they have a nail bar and hair dressers.

  Remember Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walked into the high end boutique in Rodeo Drive and was told to go elsewhere, basically the staff in the London store are one and the same, truly the most condescending, belittling and rude that I have come across I only went into purchase a Mason Pearson hairbrush was stared and laughed at by the assistants around the store as they smirked and rolled their eyes across the shop floor as I made my purchase. Horrendous

  My favourite department store, I'd rather shop here than the others, you don't get hassled by sales people while looking at for instance aftershaves, it's never cramped like selfridges, great ranges of products. Smaller than the other department stores but I quite like that.

  A fantastic selection of men's clothing. I love the atmosphere here - it's calm and relaxed with a great team of staff.
