  Very professional company. Had a quote from Ryan a few months ago with no pressure to buy. Work now complete to a great standard. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to replace their concrete gutters

  Would be 0 stars if possible. Worked on my neighbours property and has completely ruined our gutters in the process. Edit: Dear Owner, I am not sure what Thaxem have to do with this but I can assure you I am not fake. You did our neighbours guttering and left a 3" gap between theirs and ours as you claimed whoever did our gutters had cut them back too far so you could not join them. Despite several requests from myself and my neighbour you neglected to come and fix the problem. We gained the advice from several companies who did inform us that it was possible to join the two gutters and we have since used a local guy to come and fix the problem you caused. Feel free to pass my review to trading standards as my husband has already sent details of our complaint to them and they were already aware of your work so it seems you yourself have a "trend"!

  Received a suspicious letter claiming to be a previous victim of Finlock Replacement 4less, a day later I received marketing materials for their direct competitor. Having received several quotes Finlock Replacement 4less were by far the most professional and ‘less salesy’ than any other. True to your word Ryan!! Excellent communication following survey right through to completion. A rare commodity this day in age. My house is transformed, thank you all @Finlock Replacement 4less

  Ryan from 'Finlock' is very charming, but cannot be trusted. The amount of stress and inconvenience caused by Finlock Replacement 4Less cannot be fully expressed. An independent expert has assessed the bodged work carried out and confirmed that it was fitted at the wrong distance and position. (Guttering that Finlock had actually returned to attempt to fit correctly for the second time) Our conservatory roof now has over 7 different leaks due to the damage caused by their clumsy approach. Although Ryan returned on two separate occasions to fix the damage he refused to accept responsibility and still demanded payment! His attempts to fix the issues only made matters worse and his final solution was to patch our polycarbonate roof with black rubber patches. If you love your home and would prefer quality work to be carried out I would strongly recommend that you try someone else. I've just been on the phone with Citizens Advice for over an hour trying to establish the best way to proceed. I am now faced with a lengthy legal battle just to cover the cost of the damage and repair bill to guttering that should have been fitted correctly in the first place. Please avoid at all costs!!

  Great service from start to finish. Really friendly and nothing has been to much trouble. I can’t believe how much better the house now looks, and hopefully it’s added a good bit of value !
