  You used to be better in the past. Can sadly agree with other that the quality isn't that great anymore.

  I ordered online, delivery was late, driver got lost, I was waiting outside for him on the phone giving infos how to get to me... why did I leave a full address and a postcode then???? One of the pizza was supposed to be without tomato sauce, guess what? They didn’t read my note on the order.... Part of the second pizza was burnt. Obviously pizza was cold that I had to warm it up.... Tried to call back the restaurant but they didn’t pick up the phone probably because they were already closed at the time I received pizzas. This is the worst delivery experience I ever had. I didn’t enjoyed it at all and had to order something else, from somewhere else obviously. Never again for me. Very disappointed if I could give a zero star then I would.

  One of the best takeaway pizzas in London, made with high-quality ingredients and following the original recipe. Recommended!

  Good pizza done badly. The bases are fine, but the toppings are meagre and tasteless. I hear that other Firezzas are very good, so presumably they operate independently from each other. Recommendation: get yourself to Franco Manca on Earls Court Road.
