  First Class service provided all the way through the process. Warm, friendly staff who couldn’t do more to support and make appropriate recommendations which took all my personal circumstances into account. Holly explained the whole process with me and kept in contact via email until the mortgage application was submitted then Lois was in regular contact updating me on the stage of the application. They also helped me choose life and home insurance to meet my needs. Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  This was my first time purchasing property so I was a bit apprehensive in going to First Mortgage, although after the builder had already recommended them, i saw it the only way to go and I can say I was not disappointed at all. At times I thought it was too easy to be true and before I knew it I had been offered a mortgage. My circumstances were not typical either and I was very sceptical on being offered a mortgage at the time of my application. In particular, Egle and Lois made this application process extremely painless and I have them and First Mortgage to thank for starting off a new and exciting chapter in mine and my family's lives.   Bought my first mortgage with First mortgages in Dundee with my partner after hearing about their great service from a friend. Really great service from both Chris at the Dundee store and Olivia from the Aberdeen store. They both made buying a house an easier process than I thought it would have been.

  Had a brilliant service throughout our process with First Mortgage. We first went in and Spoke with Carrie back in September 2017. Carrie was amazing, I was utterly convinced myself and my partner would never be able to get a mortgage(we had no deposit saved and were looking for advice). Carrie talked us through everything! We went through our expenses and she told us that we would have no issues whatsoever and to get a deposit saved which was very much do able with our finances. So we went home and saved. Flash forward to the start of April 2018 and we met with Rhys. Rhys again was phenomenal, we had the majority of our deposit saved and he guided us through the process with ease explaining every detail as he went. We left that appointment full of high hopes and away to look for a house. Then came the application, this was made super easy as we had sent through all the relevant documents so it was just finishing touches and all the insurances to put in place. this was completed within a few hours. Paul was then our point of contact on our mortgage application process. We received regular updates on how our mortgage was getting along. Every question we had was answered swiftly and with detail. Which leads us to yesterday, 2 weeks after application and being informed we had our mortgage. There was no hassle, no delays and 100% customer service and most definitely 100% customer satisfaction. cannot recommend First Mortgage enough!

  We had spoke to banks and many other for advise and everything you typically want to know when going for your first mortgage however we where recommended by friends to try First Mortgage. They provided us with just as much detail and more than what the banks had done. Ensuring that the deal we settled on was 100% right for us. Couldn't ask for anymore.
