  I tried it once because it is super close to my office and I would get a big discount. However my visit was not very encouraging and I have never came back again. What you need to know it is a tiny gym. Machines are so close one to another it is not easy to move around. What is more, in the cold days the freezing air comes directly to the gym space so it is really really cold until you warm up with your workout. Which is difficult because all the bars and handles are extra cold. If you want a quick workout after work it is fine to go there but don’t expect too much comfort and variety. Also locker rooms are small and not really comfortable - scarce benches are not making whole experience better. I noticed that showers are in a bad shape, there are parts missing and water is splashing all over.

  Super modern. Clean. Friendly staff. Good sauna and steam room albeit on the smaller side. Love the virtual class studio which means you can do classes anytime of the day without any instructor. Perhaps lacking on the weight machine side. Oh free towels here so no more carrying wet, smelly in your bags only to have to wash them at the end of the day!

  Fantastic gym. Great space for free weights and circuits. Has great equipment and they frequently get new stuff to keep free weight & cardio training fresh. Could use a 2nd stair climber but that is minor in the scheme of things. If you're looking for a personal trainer I'd highly recommend Aziz. He's the best trainer I've ever trained with.

  Recently joined and have to say I've been very impressed. The addition of the sauna, steam room and swimming pool is great and the small touches like free towels, clothes dryer and even the shoe polish facility make it a more enjoyable experience. Only negatives I can find are that the weights area is too small (e.g. one bench press) and it does get busy in the evening around 5-7. Considering the yoga room and group areas to the back of the gym always seem empty, it doesn't seem like a great use of space with everyone crammed on one side of the gym. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic.

  Love the club. Staff and atmosphere brilliant. Undoubtedly the best value club in Hammersmith due to range of equipment. The pool is brilliant also and the virtual classes are spot on meaning a can do a class at any time I want.
