The food is good, but expensive and I don't feel worth the inflated cost, especially compared to the kebab shops a few minutes walk away. The staff are competent and generally non-interactive which is fine, but again, really begs the question of why the food is so expensive. The free peanuts are sweet and the unlimited refills are good. But when I pay that much for a burger, I feel I need a lot of these to justify the cost. The veggie option is frankly insulting. It's literally Salad in a bun and it still costs a lot too. If you're vegetarian or vegan, avoid this place 100% I don't hate the place but it is really not worth the high price. There's plenty of far cheaper and more accommodating places literally all around this place. I can never justify going here.

The beef is always fresh, grilled to perfection. The amount of fries is ridiculous per serving. And don't get me started on the shakes. Bigger straws is a must though. The atmosphere is old American diner style with a bit of a retro feel. And for me personally, it's comfort food.

Really good veggie burger and tasty but they completely forgot to add mine to the order so I had to go back up to counter when my friends were already eating theirs. I form it ten minutes later but the woman working gave us two free milkshakes. We had already ordered the £3.15 drinks but we tried some and it was Delicious. Pretty expensive for what you get. Mine was £12.15 for veggie burger, regular fries and drink. my friends was £14 for the meat version.

This restaurant serves freshly prepared food and I am told that they don't freeze anything except for the ice cream. These are possibly the best burgers in Liverpool. The price might raise an eyebrow but if you want good quality then be prepared to pay. This is not McDonald's or Burger King. Once you have paid for your order you can stand and actually view the food cooking area. The staff take pride in their work. The only warning I have is that one portion of fries might actually feed two or three normal people. Enjoy, I did!
