  This must be the worst Footlocker in the uk telling lies about policy of footlocker is to glue faulty items i spoke to head office and this isnt there policy at all Nicola is the acting manager with a horrid attitude i have complained to head office about her and the store absolutely disgusted in her attitude im sure other customers will agree, i asked to speak to the manager she said why i said i have a problem she said what is it i asked i want to speak to the mangaer she then said she was acting manager and they dont have a manager i then asked how long had she been acting manager she said i dont have to tell you things like that,SO who was in charge the day the manager said we glue your trainers now if they are falling apart after one week who said the were the manager, what a joke that this person is in charge of a retail premises that im sure sell alot of products. Do not shop in middlesbrough Footlocker. !!!
