Not only do I love Forbidden Planet, I would also say that it is my favourite shop in the whole of Cardiff (if not Wales). When I lived in London, I used to go to Forbidden Planet all of the time and assumed I would have to give it up once I'd moved to Cardiff. The Cardiff branch is just as good as the Leicester Square branch and I've bought many figures and graphic novels from them.

I do love this shop and have been going there for years, one thing I would change is a better range of collectables like hot toys and statues displayed better and not hidden away on high shelves.

Fantastic shop, great range of items, my favourite being the amount of Pop Vinyls they have in store, including exclusive pops that I've only seen on American sites. Brilliant prices as well!

A pretty good SMALL forbidden planet. Have a wide range of comics and Graphic Novels though can sometimes be pricey compared to buying else where online. It has also become a bit POP! Central with the amount of pop figures they have though if your a big fan of these then you'll be in your elements.

Coming from Glasgow where we have had an excellent FP for what seems like forever, the Cardiff branch is consistently disappointing. Customer Service is pretty shocking as the staff that I have dealt only want to help customers on their terms and they make it 100% clear that they are doing great you a favour even speaking with you. If you can stomach the unpleasant atmosphere, it's generally a well stocked shop. I give this a 1/5 based on my experiences in Glasgow vs. Cardiff. Night and day.
