::Cracking cafe, with reasonably priced for and drinks. Not a vast selection at present, but more is being added as time goes by. A nice selection of vinyl is available to purchase as well, both 12" and singles. The unique blend coffee smelled very nice, and the hot chocolate is made properly with real chocolate rather than powder so is extra creamy!

::Really nice cafe with a fresh feel. Also caters for vegetarians. However serving margarine with my scones was a serious black mark on my score card! Still worth a visit.

::Good cafe, recently opened in a good location south of the river. It has a vinyl record theme including racks of old albums to buy. The music ranges widely, and often you'll hear the crackles and skips of needle on record which is kinda fun. The food choices are very limited to variations on toasties, though the grilled cheese sandwich is very nice. They have free wifi which is fast and reliable. I would score them higher if the coffee were better; they don't seem to have an actual espresso machine so the coffee, served in mugs, is average at best. Lovely vibe though, and the people running it are really wonderful.

::Outstanding cafe with simple yet delicious grilled cheeses and cakes. Very reasonably priced - fuss free coffee and food. Music is expertly hand picked from the eclectic range of vinyl records on sale. The staff are superb and go out of their way to serve and make your stay a moment of sanctuary away from the hustle of the city centre. Great to see a thriving young business make its mark on the beautiful city of York. It's the cafe everybody is talking about so experience it for yourself!
