  had a lovely time in Worcester, and the hotel was fab, when we booked in the staff member was very cheery and welcoming. The night porter was really helpful when we asked for some ice, as the bar was closed, although we were told it would still be open if we wanted a drink when we came back. He was able to get us some wine so a big thank you Kevin. room was on the hot side, but really lovely. thanks we will be back.

  Nice building but rooms basic and need updating. Bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were so thin. Door didn't lock from inside and kept awake by noise from men working collecting things all night opposite.

  Lovely building but rooms very basic and need updating. Door didn't lock from inside and told by guy that came up that reception would contact me..but didn't. I was a lady staying on my own. Bed and pillows were worse I've seen so uncomfortable. No iron or ironing board in room. Kept awake with business opposite coming and going all night and man snoring in next room..totally shattered for my breakfast meeting.

  Good sized room, comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was good although the coffee was instant served in a tea pot! Staff weren't that friendly but we had little need to call on them other than checking in and out. The thing I don't understand is why they charge £5 for parking despite staying there and the car park only being for the hotel!

  Large room - 103 -comfortable with huge bed but, howling gale through old, badly fitted single glazed window made the room cold and unwelcoming. Disappointing Breakfast - Self service, bland, dry and tasteless. - very expensive, we expected more for our money.
