  After contacting a number of architects in the Cardiff and South wales area for the work we needed done, we had a number of them either not call us back or not turn up at the agreed day/time. Stephen Frank's from Frank's and Toms architects was the only one to respond right away, agree a date to come over and have a face to face chat about what we wanted. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We immediately felt this was the company we wanted to use for our drawings. Having an extension or doing any structural work to your own house is a very stressful thing and may be one of the most costly things you do in your life. Stephen put our minds at rest and kept in contact throughout the process. We had a lengthy informal chat about what we wanted to do, he came up with some amazing suggestions that we didn't even think of. The drawings were personally delivered and kept us informed of what will happen next regarding planning etc. Stephen also copied us into any correspondence with the planning office. I would 100% recommend this firm to anybody who is thinking about using an architect for drawings. 11 out if 10 from us!! Thank you Frank's and Toms.
