  Wow what an experience - my son was looking for a watch the staff were really helpful and made it a great shopping experience, relaxing and enjoyable chatting to us both - I got so carried away with it all i even bought a very nice watch! - The manager Brian is very good and an exceptional salesman beware (in nice way)

  Purchased a Citizen watch for my husband as a wedding gift and it was not working when he unwrapped it, even after charging it. This faulty watch has now been sent away for the 2nd time in less than a month. Very upset at being sold a faulty product in the first place, and not offered a replacement. I'm a very displeased customer after spending a large sum of money on a faulty product that was supposed to be a nice gift.

  Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Really helpful, well presented and friendly staff. I was invited to the Murryfeild hospitality suite for the Scotland vs the All Blacks game this weekend for a customer experience day. Had a fantastic time as the staff made sure everything was perfect. Will never go anywhere else for my watches.

  Would highly recommend them to anyone. Due to family issues and my partner/fiance being deployed to the middle East I was put under pressure to chose an engagement ring and I am a very indecisive person. Brian the managed was wonderful. Assisted so well I tried so many different ring and never felt under pressure to choice. No sales pitches or pressured into choosing more expensive rings. Such a relaxed friendly personal atmosphere. Can not praise the staff and quality more. So over the moon with my ring and quality. The knowledge of detail they have on the products is wonderful. I did not buy my first visit and thought I wanted something different from what i got. I tried quite a few rings and left to have a think, 2 weeks later come back to try yet another style and was assisted so well again with no sales pitch no pressure and didn't feel as if I was a burden. Staff are so wonderful and give you every bit of attention and information you need without making you feel as if you are a burden. They are so attentive and respectful The quality is amazing but best of all is the personal relationship the staff make with the customers. I will be back for my wedding rings and will not look at another jewellers again. To top it all off they are also family friendly. Wonderful with kids. I could go on all day how impressed I am. So glad i didn't go for anything from the other stores I tried. Feel like I really did get the best value for money with a wonderful service. Looking forward to going back for the wedding rings because I know we will get what we want and given the time to really make a choice. Best jewellers around by far and best service I have ever had in a jewellers.

  I can't speak more highly of the team at Fraser Hart Edinburgh. My partner and I went in initially to enquire about wedding rings and, with neither of us knowing too much about jewellery, we were a little overwhelmed. However we were quickly seen to by Joseph, who patiently took us through a number of options and explained various metal types and karats and whatnot. There was absolutely zero pressure put on us to make a purchase there and then, it was more a pleasant conversation than a sales pitch. After a few days consideration, we popped back for another chat with Joseph, who got us measured up and our chosen rings ordered. The finished articles arrived with time to spare (an incredible feat on FH's part as we'd forgotten to order rings until a month before the wedding - don't do that, it's stressful!) Like I said, we couldn't be happier. Joe and the rest of the team did an amazing job of putting our minds at ease, and provided us with something that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thanks again! - Mike
