  It's nice to go into a store where the staff don't immediately jump on you. Was allowed to browse and try out the goods until I needed assistance . Excellent staff.

  Friendly and good service. Coffee and cookies not bad either. Awaiting delivery so will see if the product is as good as the initial customer service

  Great service from Nick. He was patient and accommodating when our minds were not made up. Couldn't do enough for us. Nick is an asset to Furniture Village as we visited lots of stores today without experiencing such fab customer service. Thank you.

  I would not even give you 1 star. I haven’t brought a sofa from here but my mother in law has from furniture village and you’ve caused nothing but heart break and depression. The leather was the most terrible quality that now the sofa has peeled and has huge holes in it. After several calls and complaints, home visits you furniture village have brushed her and blamed her and my father in law for the damage. How could u treat them with such terrible after care service??????? They used there savings to buy the sofa. It’s ok to get reviews how nice sales people were but what about after care?????? If you have any regret and want to make amends then you’ll change the sofa. Don’t leave my parents heartbroken anymore. Have a heart and do the right thing. Stop passing the book from one department to another. Deal with the issue please.

  After only 18 months the leather on my sofa started to peel & big holes appeared. Furniture Village sent an assessor out and a few days later they sent me letter saying 'Dear Mrs Howard. You will be pleased to know there is nothing wrong with your leather.' PLEASED! They said PLEASED. I was distraught to say the least. They denied all responsibility and I was afraid of what it would cost me if I took them to court. I now have a four year old leather settee that is full of holes and so unsightly that I have to cover it with a throw. The leather suite cost me £2,600 and I thought it would last us a lifetime as we are retired.. I am not in a financial position to afford a new one. I have shed many tears over this and the callous way furniture village at Nottingham have treated us. .................................. ....................................................................................................................... EDIT as it is the only way to answer 'Hanna' who has replied on behalf of Furniture Village.. They do this nice caring reply just to make themselves look good. I have had numerous replies like this when I complained on facebook and other places but they NEVER did a thing!!! Believe me Furniture Village are the pits to deal with as anybody reading this will find out if anything goes wrong with your purchase. If they really cared they'd look my order up themselves and make me an offer.
