::Went in to buy the Nintendo Switch after saving for months only to find that after paying for the console the system aparently "crashed" leaving me £310 worse off and without the console. I odviously got really angry and they explained that the money will get back to my account on Monday. Now because they are going under they are forced to scam people out of their money instead of trading honestly. Really poor customer recovery and a particularly excruciating experience. I felt i was being robbed. I really hope my money is back on my account on Monday.

::Took my kids to my their cousins birthday party today. The gent running it couldn't have been more helpful. Very patient and happy to help my son change games every 20mins. I will definitely be coming back with my children in 2018.

::Very good place to enjoy gaming with friends. Prices are affordable and done well, you can also play on a PlayStation 4 for 1 hour for free which is a cool feature. Staff are friendly and helpful, Also there is a selection of food and drinks available available to buy during your gaming sessions, great for parties or if you just want to hang out with friends for a couple of hours. You also have an additional GAME store next door.
