  Very cold, heating not working in the middle of cold freezing winter night, rooms are very smelly, BED BUG'S are crawling all over me,RATS in the hotel running on the cealling horrible service, disgusting breakfast and very expensive, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! There are lots of better and cheaper options in Newport. This place should be closed down to safe others from suffering like a do now!!! We arrived at this hotel at 6am and had two rooms booked starting at 6am... Had to wait for long time before someone opened the door bicouse reception is open from 3pm

  Bom para estadias de passagem. Nao tem recepcionista durante a noite. Cafe da manha britanico.

  Lacks bed side lamps and adequate arm chair seating in the room. There was no coat hook on the room door. Free WiFi and comfortable clean room were ok but the toilet flusher button was broken. We would have appreciated clear information about local restaurants and bars. Hit chocolate was missing or just not provided. Breakfast was excellent and coffee very drinkable.

  For the price and location top marks. Although the tv diddent work but other than that it was perfect for what we needed and it was very cheep £55 for a Saturday night was bang on. Nice staff, very relaxed would stay again
