  I recently bought an Anthem 2. The advice I got was really useful. The staff are friendly and the service has been impeccable every time I have had dealings with them since.

  Had an issue with a wheel, the mechanics (esp Dave) went the extra mile to surpass my expectations, and made me some awesome wheels, thank you!

  Bought my bike the escape 3 here through the cycle scheme the bikes pretty good although 1 gear from new has needed adjustment .booked it in for the free 6 week service and was told it would take approximately an hour? I arrived 30 minutes early and was told it would take approximately 3. 5 hours I ended up not bothering leaving it so apart from a healthy 12 mile round trip a total waste of my time. I get the feeling they're keen to sell and the after service is not as keen.

  Gave me a great deal on a stunning blue carbon defy 3 carbon road bike over new year. Very pleased with the bike! It's my first road bike and the guys seemed very knowledgeable and happy to help. Although they looked very busy and I was willing to wait, they also did the PDI the same day. Would definitely recommend and will see you guys soon for the free six week service!
