::Unprofessional! Terrible after sales service. Never get your flooring done here!!! Only good for a simple purchase of a piece of furtiture if you absolutely must. But if you will need them to follow up on anything DONT USE THEM. I dont quite know where to start so I'll try to keep it very brief. Lied to, let down, never responded to, did not comunicate to the actual flooring guy what was going on, they left me high and dry with no help the day they devided to tell me my flooring would be a week late which meant i had to try to reschedule a 40ft container from the USA, they failed to even do an accurate inspection which left extra ply due for a refund which to this day they have yet to call me back about. And I left the door open for them to come back to me with some apology or follow up but nothing. I felt totally ignored throughout and so they deserve this report. I would never reccommend them for flooring. Go to cosy carpets instead. Or use a professional firm like John Lewis.

::Terrible Experience!! Bought Rossini Corner group which was delivered in December 2016 within 3 weeks the cushions started to Sag and the back cushions began to crease, Engineer came out and explained that it was a complete interior failure of one section & the new interior would take 4 months to arrive... within the 4 months the sagging and creasing got gradually worse. At this point we discussed with Gillies management who agreed to refund me and allowed me to keep this suite until my new one arrived as a 'favor' there was no compensation for the hassle or upset we have experienced. When the delivery team came to collect the suite they did not remove the feet or package the item in order to protect the suite or my furnishings. When the delivery team left I noticed that my hall walls had scuff marks and brought this to the managers attention. The manager held an investigation (had a conversation with the delivery team) who denied making the marks - this was the end of the investigation. I have been told today that gillies will not take responsibility for the damage to my walls and it comes down to my word against theirs (what happened to the customers always right!?) I am beyond disappointed with this service and quality of furtniture!! Save yourself the hassle DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

::Was sold a damaged product. Coffee table top glass with chipped edges, tv unit with scratches and after that had to wait more than 4 weeks to just get a conclusive reply from Gillies. Very poor customer service and highly overpriced.
