  I had a nice meal with my family. My daughters love the chocolate brownie. The non alcoholic cocktail is nice too.

  Service was fine, we had tapas and it wasn’t that nice. We sent a dish back which was cold, they quickly replaced it. Not great value for money. Service charge is added to your bill.

  Bit slow on service, made up for the service with a lovely waitress called Kaitlin. Excellent down to earth service. Can't say the same for the manager who gave a very cold welcome. 3/1/18

  On the Thursday before Christmas we thought it would be very busy to eat at Trafford centre so were delighted there were plenty of spaces at Giraffe. We waited some 25 mins to have our order taken despite several staff. I counted at least 6 floor staff and no more that 12 tables. Slow beyond belief. The chefs were not mad busy whilst waiting for orders so the delay was not theirs. Staff studiously ignored us. The food when it came was great and reasonably priced. A waitress dropped a plate of food about 10 feet from our table and a fairly large sharp shard of plate hit me on the shoulder missing my friend's face by inches. When I told the waitress she was horrified and asked if I was OK, but good service would have required a little more attention to this incident which could have been worse- A complimentary round of drinks whilst we were waiting for example. The service charge was pre added. I paid as i did not want to humlliate the individual waitress, but I wouldn't have had otherwise. Come on Giraffe-get your act together. You should have been so much better.!

  The service was slightly slow, had to hint to be seated..etc but this was made up for by the amazing food! Salads are great value and the sweet potato fries are the best we have tasted!
