  Fabulous stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent, room was in the Windsor annexe which was really peaceful, best night's sleep ever. Breakfast in morning was all cooked to order so not rushed, just adding to the relaxing experience. Would highly recommend. We'll be back!

  I had to cancel a room for clients of mine due to the 'Red Alert' weather warning (Danger to life). We could not drive in these terrible conditions and if we did, would not be insured. I gave 30 hours notice of time of arrival, however i do understand that as it was the day before, no refund was due. In these exceptional circumstances, in genuine circumstances, you would think that the hotel would be flexible and understanding. I could not morally charge my clients for the room therefore I have swallowed the cost into my small company. I have used Glenmoriston on many occasions over the past few years but will not use them again. The hotel relies on its location to fill its rooms, as i've found service to be erratic in the past. Perhaps this is because it comes from the Manager down. I dread to think in what circumstances they would be forced to give a refund! (30 hours notice!) I wonder how many extra guests stayed another night as they would drive south! In the words of the Proclaimers " Glenmoriston TownHouse..No more!"

  Lovely and cosy. Good sized rooms and bathroom and pleasantly decorated. Lounge bar relaxing. Extensive menu. Good value.

  Nice location, stylish decor and ambience. The staff were well presented and polite, service was efficient and friendly. We just stopped for a quiet coffee but would definitely come back for a meal. Cocktail menu looked good too.

  Welcoming & friendly staff. Room was small but beautifully presented. Restaurant with pre theatre dinner was delicious. Ample parking.
