  Very welcoming host, lovely rooms, very comfortable and in a great location for centre of town. Only problem is that, for a bed and breakfast, they don't offer breakfast!

  "Guest house" should have been my first clue...this is a subdivided private home. No parking, no restaurant, no front desk to call with questions. If you only need a place to sleep, and dont have a lot of luggage (most rooms are up a SMALL staircase) this will work well, and the price seems reasonable. There are restaurants a reasonable walk away on the other side of the river. But you NEED to make reservations for the better ones.

  Very cozy guest house run by a lovely couple. Cheap and cheerful. Would recommend!

  Cosy guesthouse within walking distance of Inverness town centre. Room tidy, hosts very friendly. Worth noting that no breakfast is provided (but plenty of good options in the town).
