  What a load of rubbish the staff in the Plymouth shop ,do not do a proper job, its a case of grab the customer get him on a contrac,t job done. No advice on how to start up on a new network given, no pac code asked for from previous network, customer was informed that number would go over in 24 hrs, with no mention of his needing a code. This shops workers appear to have no interest in the customer whatsoever. No information and tie the customer in as fast as they can appears their mission. Am completely disgusted with their performance to someone who went in knowing nothing about phones, and trusting them to help. And the telephone number in the online listing for the shop is unobtainable. Had to ring the Ivybridge shop to get correct number. Totally useless from start to finish.
