  Reserved an item on line. It was not made clear that the item was an ex display item. Staff were friendly when I collected from the store but again not told ex display. When I got home and unpacked it I found parts missing so the item was useless. I am not sure why the staff can not check goods before they put them on hold. Be warned if you need anything check it before you leave.

  Excellent store, friendly staff, always check online whilst you're in store as if it's a U.K. competitor they will match and beat by 10%. Loads of stuff. Climbing equipment is my main reason to visit. Although recently their bikes have become surprisingly usable offroad considering they aren't a dedicated bike store. (Halfords doesn't count.)

  After spending almost £200 found I could've got £15 discount on their current deal offering. Returned following day to return items & repurchase for £15 less, plus did a price match for shorts which were £19 less elsewhere. Expected hassle - got none. Excellent service and easy transaction, no questions. Great help from Go Outdoors assistant named Joe.
