  visited store today after the poles on the Vango tent became fused together, spoke to a young man called Connor on phone and met with him and another man called Rob in the store. These 2 guys were fantastic trying everything to sort out the problem which they eventually did, thankyou Rob and Connor 1st class service

  Have to say leaves sour taste in the mouth when you are told card out of date and will cost £5 to renew ..to get prices on box ..

  Sadly, the store seems to have embraced allowing animals into the store a little too much.... Its now Sunday afternoon and there are 6 dogs in store at the same time... As a non dog lover this is annoying at best. If I wanted to go to a petting zoo and smell damp dog, I would. I came to shop.... With humans.

  Purchased a pair of Keen Kuta Sandals, they were perfect except after 2 months the soles had nearly worn out (I only wore them on a weekend). Took them back to Go Outdoors, they reported the complaint to Keen, unfortunately Keen didn't want to know. Go outdoors very kindly took my side and exchanged them for another sandal. Thank you for your help and willingness to exchange. Great team over there.

  Excellent selection, huge store and if it hasn't got what you want it doesn't exist. Plus their price guarantee is amazing, find a price cheaper elsewhere even online and they'll not only match it but beat it by 10%! I got an extra £45 off a Berghaus jacket. The staff were very helpful and not too pushy. Very happy.
