  Terrible service and product knowledge. Older gentleman that served me tried to feed me false information about rolex watches and was very rude. Appalling.

  The female staff are not professional nor equipped enough to deal with discerning clients. The term - Pay peanuts, you get monkeys - springs to mind.

  Would not use this store again if it was the last shop on the Earth. The young store staff had the time but the man who runs it said he was too busy doing his accounts to open the display cases for me to look at a Rolex Submariner. I went to the other store in Victoria centre and spent my money there. People with money also wear T-shirts too not all of us wear a shirt and tie. I suggest people use the store in Victoria centre, the manager's name is Lee and the staff are great, they can't do enough for you.
