  We made 2 trips to the shop and on both occasions the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. They even let us have our feet up on the display to get a good idea of what we would be comfortable on (little plastic mattress base protectors on - obvs) We even learned how to tell if a mattress was too hard or soft! We're really happy with our bed and mattress - it's like sleeping on a cloud!
