  Hamburguesas muy ricas y poco grasientas, con gran variedad para elegir cuál quieres, hay para muchos gustos. Hay también varios tipos de patatas para elegir, aparte de otros sides! La atención buena y el precio un poco elevado.

  Waited for food for half an hour at lunch time. The burger came barely warm (the cheese stayed resolutely unmelted) followed ten minutes (10) by the side of salad and then five (yes 5) minutes later by the fries. No apology offered...better off at McDonald's for the price, quality and the service.

  I normally don’t brother to review chain restaurants, but my experience was so unlike in a chain restaurant, that I wanted to express my delight. The staff (especially my name-twin Julia) were so sweet and attentive, I really felt like a guest in the most traditional sense of the word. The burger was great too and prepared quickly.

  Gourmet burger kitchen used to be good. Like Tortilla, the quality has gone down. The staff are not as attentive and the food is now sub par. I used to enjoy a good burger and would be happy to pay the above average price. Nowadays burger joints are a dime a dozen and you have to really be exceptional if you wish to compete. GBK is no longer competitive in a crowded market and if they want to survive, they have to up their game. I recommend going the extra distance to Kings Cross and visiting Honest Burger, a smaller chain that produces higher quality food at a lower price - try them before they too, get too big.

  Fantastic burgers! We had three burgers each with different fries. They were all spot on. The baconaise is unbelievably good and the service was excellent. You have to order and pay at the bar which is great because once you’ve finished eating you can just leave, no hanging around to get the bill. Be sure to leave a tip on the way out though as service is not included.
