  Very spacious mall set within New St. Station plenty of cafes & restaurants to suit all tastes as well as shops never seems to busy,

  Great station, great for shopping, clean, safe and tidy. Nice newly refurbished looking building too!

  One of the most beautifully built train stations in the world! This is a destination regardless of if you have a train to catch, where you can admire the amazing architecture or wonder around the countless shops and restaurants. This is truly a testament to the growth of Birmingham as a city and puts it firmly on the map.

  Outstanding design! Sadly the left luggage service is so expensive and often useless. Gates are being closed in very weird pattern with no sense at all. For left luggage go to Bullring next to Boots. Overall the station is situated in a great location with many entrances from New Street and has many different shops and restaurants inside. :)

  Very beautifully designed above the New street station. Lots of shops and easy access into the Bullring Shopping centre via indoor and outdoor access. Lots of shopping and dining options and a big John Lewis Department store. Clean and brand new with international brands! Good car parking options!
