  Reservations process rather pathetic - booked 3 rooms, they only comfirmed for 1; had to query this several times before booking confirmed correctly. Otherwise, hotel is decent 3-star hotel. Having worked and stayed in numerous 4 & 5-star hotels, I can fundamentally state that this is NOT a 5-star! Nothing wrong with it, just lacking polish and attention to detail.

  The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet which is excellent. The Japanese restaurant was good but the main restaurants menu was a little boring so didn't eat there. Plenty of places to eat close by though

  This was a very welcoming hotel with a classic and classy vibe. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the location was a great starting point right near the Holborn station so I could easily get lots of places right from the hotel. The room was nice, upscale simple room with everything I needed. I partly chose this place because I also really liked the look of the pool as well which was very nice, if a bit crowded when I went. The breakfast in the morning was worth the price, pricier than doing it somewhere else but you can't beat the convenience. It was just a nice atmosphere, it had a comfortable yet elegant vibe, but not so over the top. I really liked it! Also quite reasonable for London prices and for what you get.

  Realmente não tem como ser classificado 5 estrelas. Lobby bonito com lounges e bar com boa carta de bebidas. Os quartos são muito antigos precisando de uma modernização. Não tem tomada nas mesas de cabeceiras. Apesar de antigo está bem arrumadinho.,lImpo e confortável. Ótima localização.

  Stayed here for 1 night during my Daughter's Hen weekend. Staff were very helpful, rooms were upgraded. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We had buffet breakfast, wide variety of foods on offer. We used the Spa on Sunday morning. Only thing that's need improving is the size of the changing Rooms, we were a large party of 15 and there wasn't a lot of room to fit us in. Even when just 6 of us were changing there wasn't a lot of room or privacy. Otherwise a lovely hotel would definitely recommend it.
