  At first I was surprised to find a 5 star hotel for so cheap but frankly I've stayed at far better 4 star hotels. complimentary bath robes were offered which had not been cleaned and had makeup stains on them. the staff were a very mixed bag, with some being very friendly and helpful and others almost running away from you and doing the absolute minimum. The gym facilities are very limited and barely function, admittedly the swimming and spa side were better than expected. The room didn't have a ceiling to floor window as advertised. Overall very dissapointed.

  Decent hotel due to convenient location - but not very good value for money. The rooms were large but very cold (no matter how you changed the setting - this was not only in my room but my parents’ as well). Duvets were quite thin which would not have been a problem if it weren’t for the heating setting. The cleaning was good and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The hotel breakfast is a waste of money - only things you can by in a small corner shop down the road. So look elsewhere for breakfast. Next time I’ll go for the travel lodge across the road.

  Good and modern hotel. 5 stars because its the first hotel in London where my room was free of noise from outside and/or neighbouring rooms. I also enjoyed the nice view on the skyscrapers of the city from the seventh floor. Breakfast was perfectly fine and otherwise no complains whatsoever. It’s true that the hotel does not have a lot of charm but I didn’t mind. I had a clean room and quiet and peaceful nights (3 in total) which for me is the most important thing. Final remark: not cheap.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Really nice stay at the Grange Tower Hotel. Room was clean and tidy, bed very comfortable. Great area around the hotel to explore as well with lots to do and lots of places to go out for dinner. The spa facilities are also good and are exactly as advertised. Great hotel!

  Attended the hotel for a conference. Location was okay, facilities were excellent. Staff were all polite and helpful. We were in a number of different conference rooms through the day, all of which were comfortable and spacious for the number of delegates. Lunch was one of the better ones I've had at such a conference (may have had seconds!) and refreshments in the breaks were to a good standard.
