::The main Receptionist here seems totally unresponsive, unengaging, uncaring, disinterested, and illusive in the sense that she does not answer or explain any questions or enquiries that you may have about your treatment, and also in helping you filling in forms etc. , also long hours are spent wasted in the waiting room to be seen by the Dentist with no apology or explanation given by either party.
