  I was very pleased with my consultation. The orthodontist explained everything very clearly and professionally. The receptionist is very polite and the treatment went very well.

  I've called at 2:40, 4 and half 4 on a Friday. I don't understand why they don't pick up and replay the same message saying that they are closed at the moment when they close at 5 and have lunch from 2 to 2:30. I have repeatedly called. Also I was meant to have braces fitted in September last year and was told they will send a message : it completely escaped my mind til now but surely they would have sent a message last year? I didn't receive any notice from them at all

  I am a very nervous patient and have had a lot of work done here. All the staff are excellent, friendly and encouraging and I would recommend this Practice to anyone. Everything is always explained fully and in language that I understand and the charging policy is clear and transparent so you know what everything is going to cost you before you decide to go ahead with your treatment. Don't let any previous bad experiences anywhere else stop you from trying both here and the associate dental practice just along Greenwich High Road.
