  One of several trusty Gregg's stores in Birmingham city centre. Seating for about 6 people inside this store. Staff were polite and cheery despite the abysmal weather, which brightened my morning. Always good for breakfast/lunch on a budget.

  Asked the rude cow at the till to write a V on the veg pasty bag and she had an attitude and a half about it. Walked off and acted like she did it but actually just pretended and came back. If this is what sort of staff you've hired no wonder no one comes to this branch and the only thing people have to say is that the till staff are rude. Don't know what she's got that gone to her head - she works at Gregg's. LOL.

  Selling cold pizza. When I asked to warm it up, they said no. I had to eat a cold pizza. I don't recommend. They have me the standard poker face saying no multiple times.

  It's Greggs, we all know the score...good pies and bread. Tasty soup and cakes decently priced. Small seated area inside.
