  Excellent Suits to purchase or hire for both the Groom, Best Man, Ushers & Fathers of the Bride and Groom. They are normally 2 visits, 1st to Choose your Suit and get Measured, 2nd time is to Check all alterations are done correctly. If hiring the suits do have to be taken back. Beautifully decorated throughout the Shop. Wonderful Staff

  We used Groom hire in Chester for my wedding suit hire in December. My husband chose a beautiful made to measure suit and we hired the rest of the suits for the groomsmen. I must say the level of service and attention to detail from Colin and Claudia was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We collected our suits the week before our wedding, the suits fitted superbly. Everyone commented on how amazing the men looked. A few of our friends are getting married this year and we have recommended them to you guys. Thanks again. I will post some photographs to your Facebook page as soon as i get the proper pictures.   I got married over christmas at Delamere manor in the blue check tweed suit which i bought for myself and had my groomsmen in a blue suits. From start to the end the service was impeccable, Claudia the young lady measured us up perfectly so each individual was happy with there measurements and took care of us when it came to picking up the suits. A great family run business that i have suggested to my brother and many of my friends who will be getting married in the coming years. Thanks again groom for giving me that special day!

  We hired hired 5 suits for our wedding in Septemr 2017 and the service from Colin and Maria was absolutely fantastic. We hired light blue suits with tweed waistcoats and matching ties. Thanks again we have emailed you some images. Feel free to share them on line.

  Awful experience for multiple reasons so apologies in advance for the rant, however, it's worth a read to let you know what you are letting yourself in for if you make the great error of visiting this place to ruin your wedding day. Colin measured my Son for his page boy suit, but when we went to collect it, it was as if he'd never even been there before. Everything was miles off except the bow tie which they obviously didn't need to measure. The shirt they tried to give him had the sleeves shortened by about 4inches. Although they claim they can't alter suits. We were that worried that it would be wrong again on 2nd attempt, which was a couple of days before the wedding, that we bought a suit from somewhere else and didn't take the suit from the shop. They refused to refund that suit even though we didn't actually take it from the shop. In fact the lady in the shop said she would get someone to call us to refund the suit. No one called and then Colin said I was lying and she wouldn't have said that. Customer service is not his strong point, although he doesn't realise this or understand what customer service is. Father-in-law's suit turned out to be dirty, although we couldn't see this in the shop due to the lighting so was unaware until the day of the wedding. Father's suit had holes in the pockets which Colin claimed to be a feature of the suit to adjust size but I have another friend who had a suit from there previously who also had dirty suits and a hole in the pocket...coincidence? They gave my best man a different style shirt to everyone else, but luckily this was at final fitting so asked for the correct one. Colin gave him a dirty shirt which we had to point out. When I went to collect his replacement shirt expecting it to be the same but then on day of the wedding it turned out that also had the arms shortened and was unwearable. Luckily we were getting ready at my home and I could give him one of my shirts. I cannot explain how terrible the customer service is from Colin. Even a member of staff was looking at him like he was stupid at one point in the final fitting. Be aware that whenever they say they will call back they most definitely won't. They may send a letter in place of the promised phone call. I wish I'd read the reviews before going there. But, don't worry, in Colin's words 'Reviews don't mean anything, no one reads them and they don't reflect the service'. Unfortunately, they really do reflect it, especially the negative ones. Turns out his thought on technology are as archaic as his approach to customer service.
