::A large shop over two floors. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought several items over the years and have been impressed with the quality. The most recent was a floor lamp and staff was very helpful about which bulbs to buy for energy efficiency and helped me choose. I find the shop has a good selection of items from their website, and is great for getting ideas.

::Really bad customer service. Kept stalling from giving us a direct answer over and over, eventually told to call the warehouse only to be told what we wanted wasn’t available. Completely messed us around and refused to be straight with us.

::The most terrible and unhelpful customer service, kept stalling us for over a year until eventually we were asked to call the warehouse directly where they told us they cannot help because the particular product is not in production any longer. We wasted a lot of time and are very unhappy with this, would not recommend.

::Good value items on the sale which we were happy with. What we were not happy with was the customer service. First off they charged us three times the amount for some items that we only noticed after we had packed the purchases away. This amounted to over £100 overcharged. How the sales assistant didn't notice is beyond me. Secondly, we had bought some large frames (100cm by 70cm) and assortment of other stuff. We had driven to the store so we could park the car and use the customer collection entry as it would have been very difficult for myself and my pregnant wife to carry the stuff through the store, street and back to car. The sales assistant however didn't allow us to and seemed to have no problem to let my wife to carry the plates while I tried to carry to many frames purchased. No assistance was offered to even take some of the items to the car. Poor service!
