  Kate was a great help in finding good quality, high yielding flats to purchase as an investment. She helped us do the redecoration and renovation works and found us some great tenants. The management team headed by Tracey have been looking after our properties really well for us too. We are really pleased with the service we have received from purchase right through to day to day management of our properties. We are looking forward to working with Kate to acquire more properties to add to our portfolio in the future.
