  One of the most complete meals that I've had for as long as I can remember. Really classy establishment. Had the fillet steak for main which was cooked to perfection. Wife had quail which by all accounts was exquisite. Very attentive staff.

  The Hadrian. Brasserie so far has been a safe and trustful place to go . This evening it was ridiculous bad . The food was ... well ...ok , but service was absolutely unacceptable. They treat my family and myself with such an arrongance . We arrived 15 minutes later our reservation . Despite the restaurant was empty and remained almost empty for the rest of night, staff treat us as they did not have time ( ridiculous ) . We ( myself ,my son and doughter , both students at Edinburgh university ) paid £132 pounds for An absolut awful night. Worst of all , we have always been in the hotel and/ or the hotel , and this night was special ( my husband birthday who could not be with us ) . I absolutely do not recommend this place . I go there personally tomorrow to complain about this horrible night . Go to other much better places in the city such as Ivy , fish in the city , stay at Principal Hotel , but never ever choose this place .

  Excellent service! Very delicious onion soup! The rooster chips are nice and crispy and so is the battered fish fillet.

  5* food and staff but pricey. You pay for the atmosfere. SwissGunGuy recommendation: - Onion Soup (great!) - Chateubriand (min 2 ppl).
