  Halfords Bishopbriggs: Brought in my bike wheels to get tyres and inner tubes replaced. They damaged my tyres and accusing me of bringing in faulty wheels. It’s absurd. They won’t fix it!!! Read many blogs where other people have experienced that same. I will avoid this shop from now on!

  Phoned the store to book to have a bulb replaced on my car within the hour it was replaced

  Put my bike in for a replacement headset bearing. Bike came back on time but with large amount of paintwork damage and a crushed cable guide. They left all the bolts loose for some unknown reason meaning new bearings were exposed allowing for dirt to get in and damage them. I let halfords know about the damage and have them an opportunity to respond and they have not made contact. I will not be returning if this is the service i can expect.

  Quick service. Employee was efficient but did not smile. Happy with service despite this

  The staff were so helpful and explained all the pros and cons of buying a new sat nav.
