  My girlfriend and I booked her car in for half eight we were tired as we work the night shift and so we sent her dad he is insured and we called to let them know so far no problem. Well ment to have a full service and mot 4 and a half hours later nothing has been done they came back and were told it would be three four more hours because they hadn't done it yet not good customer service staff are lazy and full of excuses

  Called in today for advice on fitting a radio into my Peugeot they were very helpful and done the job straight away. Earlier today I went to the trent vale store not at all helpful and quite rude. They need training on customer service from the staff at Vicky road.
