  The MOT was cheaper than most and the work was done in reasonable time however they charged £50 to push on HT lead on to the spark plug which would take 2 seconds to do and one of the advisories was to replace my front brake pads, which I just fitted brand new front pads 1 week ago!! Overall cost £200 for them to push HT lead on sparkplug and put a new dust cover on track rod end 😂 ridiculous and had the nerve to put amber warning for replacing my front pads!!!!

  Went in for a full service. Staff seemed friendly and the breakdown of the work that needed doing seemed honest. When complete the price was far higher than other quotes and they replaced the battery, a service I said I didn't actually want. Not only that, the work that had been done on the back right axel hadn't been greased properly and I had to go to another shop a month later to fix a terrible grinding sound that had appeared. Lazy workmanship by the looks of it. Absolutely wouldn't recommend

  I have paid for the wrong diagnosis and was quoted a stupid amount of money for fixing it (over £80ph plus parts). Engineer completely ignored visible signs of leak when i showed him where it was leaking. Male receptionist rude and arrogant. Waste of money and time, stay away. I don't want to give even one star, but that cannot leave review without doing so.

  Tried to charge me £1170 for repairs, when I said I would go elsewhere, they then changed their mind on what actually needed doing and backtracked half of the repairs, I ended up going to a different garage and paying £325. I’m disgusted as I would have been paying for work that didn’t even need doing, this was my first visit and I would never return. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be paying triple prices!

  Helpful, informative and good service. I rated them a 4 star only due to lack of coffee machine. I will visit them again.
