  I called them earlier to say I had a broken headlight and a son who cannot walk in the car. They told me to park out the front and someone would come out to fix it. I pulled up, a very nice man came out and fixed it straight away and took the cash so I didn’t need to leave the car. 1st class service, thank you Halfords.

  Average. Despite a member of staff assuring me that the bulbs I bought for my Audi A4 Cabriolet were definitely the correct size, I got home, tried to fit them but they were TOTALLY WRONG for my vehicle!

  I bought a bike last year with a 1 year guarantee, my brakes are not really working now, as I use my bike quite often. When we went back, they told me I have wait until Sunday, maybe they have some time for my bike, but they are not sure and I couldn't even book an appointment on Sunday. After they told me, they can only repair my bike for 50 quid, because guarantee does not cover basically anything. Which is ridiculous because brakes a part of my bike too and my bike costed 80 pounds. I will never ever buy anything from them, I have heard bad things about that shop but I wouldn't believe them... but here I am... don't buy anything here!

  Very friendly staff. The lady that dealt with my query went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed (roofbars, mounts and a roof box). Super-friendly and knew her stuff.
