My favourite place. Enough parking space, friendly and helpful staff, big store are some of many reason why I come here for shopping.

Bike service and repair is shocking. Took sons bike in for a gold service and repairs. They first tried sending it home with faulty brakes after having the bike for over a week, which luckily we picked up on before we left the store. Had an apology and fixed for free again taking the best part of another week. Within having it home for a week the rear gear mechanism split and fell apart. Took bike back in and they were reluctant to touch it anymore. Took it to evans who were shocked at the state it was in and upon checking the receipts for work informed me they were charging for items our bike didnt even have! Unless you have a very basic run of the mill bike don't use halfords.

Rude staff member after pointing that a signage about preparing the surface before painting dropped and while tried to catch it I slightly cut myself ( not deadly :) though but his answer was: is just cardboard , in a very rude way.

I would just like to make a remarkable review of the staff working at this Halfords (Marsh Mills, Plymouth)! Chris thank you so much for helping put a new battery in my car! And a huge shout out to Dan who could see I was in distress that my car wasn’t working and the urgency that I needed it and I am only a student! He was so effiecient and couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you everyone!

Went to buy a bike, was advised an 18inch frame. When I came to collect my feet could hardly touch the floor. Was told that was as low as the seat went but I could cut the post with a hack saw. Took bike home, decided this is way too big for me. Got full refund. Staff need proper training if going to 'advise'. Felt sorry for young lad serving as clearly didn't really know what he was doing. Went to go outdoors and got a cheaper bike same spec parts. Learnt my lesson!
