  My mother and I went to get her car stereo fixed a little over two weeks ago, we were met with great hospitality by the manager, Connor, though we hadn't booked an appointment to get the stereo installed that day. Connor himself was very friendly and warm and the service was very swift and professional.

  Not enough staff. If you need any assistance, or if you need anything bulky that they need to get from storage, then be prepared to wait for a very long time

  Big branch with a comprehensive bicycle section upstairs. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful.

  I have been to this store many times, and every time the service has been great. Various members of staff have gone out of their way to solve my problem. I have never encountered any negativity from them, they all deserve bonuses for customer care.

  Really bad place. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. We bought a light bulb and wanted it replaced. The guy who was meant to fit it for us had no clue what to do so eventually we had to do it ourselves. We were then charged for the fitting service anyway and when challenged they cancelled light bulb charge which was cheaper than fitting charge. I didn't even bother to go back to challenge it - not worth waiting another half hour in the queue. On another occasion we went there to buy a bike - after not much of a help from them we chose one only to be told it takes 4 days to be assembled...you can imagine what happened next - we took our business elsewhere. No more visits from us...
