  I rang with an enquiry about my car, they booked me in for the next day and within the hour they identified the problem. I booked it back in for the next day and within 13minutes of me arriving, it was all fixed and I was back in the car. Every point of contact was a efficient, helpful and friendly. All of the above came at a fantastic price too - as a student living away from home and my normal garage, it is reassuring to know these guys are only down the road. Cannot fault them at all x

  Staff stroll about with a lackadaisical attitude. They answer the phone after pie and chips, or so it would appear. If your phone call is answered with-in 10 minutes your lucky.

  Booked an 8.30am appointment for a tyre change. Took them 3 hours to change this single tyre. They promised to inspect my rear brake hoses and front suspension whilst car was there. They forgot, then complained that if I wanted it doing they would have to raise the car on the ramp again which would take 40 minutes. I pointed out I'd alreay been there 3 hours for them to change a single tyre and left. All the while I could see through the glass wall of the garage 'mechanics' pissing about and eating and drinking. Other customers there at the same time had similar awful experiences. 3 HOURS FOR A SINGLE TYRE CHANGE!!! What a shower, never again.

  Just bought a trailer adapter £15.00 , they wouldn't answer the phone, no staff in store, took ages to pay at the till... Amazon offer the same adapter for £4.99

  Autocentre is very good and they take care of my car. In-store is also very good and often use click and collect. Plenty of parking.
