  I've never had an issue when visiting this store. The staff always come across as friendly, and they seem to be interested in what you're asking them.

  No help had to try and find my own paint code one member of staff couldn't make time to help me very disappointed..

  Fantastic service ! Darren fitted my parrot mki9200 v3 from the Stockton store. It's the second time he's fitted one of these for me. Completely spot on. A complete credit to Halfords staff. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Guided me in right direction for my requirements. Highly recommended for stereo / hands free advice. Karen the assistant manager was also a star. Fab staff in general. Going that extra mile to resolve my issues 👍
