  Having just had my car serviced the garage advised I needed a new battery. As I had bought it from Halfords 2 years' ago, it was still under the 3-year warranty and I had the receipt as proof of purchase. Geraldine promptly carried out a check on the battery and, from the result, confirmed I could have a replacement, which she fitted herself. Her friendly and efficient help was much appreciated.

  Bought a few Boardman bikes from them. SLR, mountain bikes: carbon hardtail and two full suspension bikes. Bikes have been great, warranty type work on bikes,so so, but that is more down to the organisation and information the poor staff have access to from Halfords. Many a time staff has had to look up information for spares on the net,as the is not a data base listing spares for the bikes they sell...crazy! scores on the doors is #5 for the staff and a lowly #2 for Halfords systems.

  Good staff, can't compare to anywhere else as this is the only place that fixes bikes that i know of in Chippenham. Thanks Dan for the great service.

  Great store and great team, just remember these guys are on minimum wage and can only give advice off the information you provide. Halfords gets some bad press but just remember your in there because you dont know how to do it yourself and your too cheap to use a garage. The new look store is fantastic btw.

  Helpful staff ,well stocked ,reasonably priced ,great for get awkward parts.
